Early access terms

These terms apply when you join early access for Gatecard, Toolbox Talks, prequal packs or Cleared Pro on clearedforsite.com. Cleared for Site is a trading name of Joe Acton, ABN 50 915 654 899, Brisbane, Australia.

1. What early access is

• Joining the list is free and doesn't commit you to buy anything. We won't ask for card details to join.
• These products aren't on sale yet. Features, launch dates and prices may change before launch.
• Places for founding members are limited. We may offer them in the order people join, or by country and trade.

2. Founding member offer

• If we offer you a founding place, you'll get your first month free and keep the launch price you signed up at for as long as your subscription stays active.
• Before anything is charged, we'll tell you the price, what's included, and how to cancel, and you'll choose whether to go ahead. Full product terms will apply from then.

3. Your responsibilities

Our products help you organise and share your documents and run toolbox talks. They don't replace your licences, insurance, inductions or the safety duties of your business, and builders and site owners decide who comes on site.

4. Leaving the list

You can leave at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by emailing hello@clearedforsite.com.

5. Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
