Is Gatecard available now?
Not yet. We're signing up founding members now and opening to them first. Joining the list is free, and you'll hear from us before anything is charged.
Do builders need an app to scan my Gatecard?
No. The QR opens a normal web page with your current documents. It works on any phone, and you can also send the link by text or email or paste it into a builder's own site app.
Who can see my documents?
Only people you share your link or QR with. You can switch your link off at any time, and you choose which documents show on it.
Does a Gatecard replace my licences or a builder's induction?
No. It holds copies of your real documents so they're easy to check. You still need the licences, insurance and inductions themselves, and builders still decide who comes on site.
How is this different from the Australian SWMS service?
Cleared for Site in Australia writes the safety paperwork for each job. Gatecard looks after the documents that stay with you from job to job, in any country. When both are live, your SWMS can attach straight to your Gatecard.
Can I cancel?
Every plan will be month to month or yearly, and you'll be able to cancel online in a couple of clicks.
